Board

The Tomorrow’s Youth Organization Board of Directors oversees and manages the activity at each TYO Center as well as all global activity. TYO Founder Hani Masri serves as the President of the Board. The Board meets quarterly to review progress reports, provide guidance on current programs and help strategize program modification and expansion.

Local subsidiary entities and a local advisory committee may be established in each TYO location for the purpose of administrative efficiency. Local subsidiaries and committees, such as TYO Nablus, are controlled by Tomorrow’s Youth Organization and operated exclusively to perform the functions and carry out the purposes of Tomorrow’s Youth Organization. TYO has control and discretion over donations and will use donations for purposes consistent with TYO's exempt purposes.

Currently, TYO is in the process of establishing a local advisory committee in Nablus. This body will include technical advisors from An Najah University and well-reputed members of the local private and civic sectors. The Nablus advisory committee will report to the Board quarterly.
